IATP Action Mesothelioma Day UK Event

Friday 5th of July, Action Mesothelioma Day UK. Across the UK many organisations held events to raise awareness of the danger of asbestos, to honour and remember those lost to asbestos related diseases. IATP released over 2000 balloons at Derby Cathedral. Members, independent organisations and individuals sponsored balloons, the event was officially sponsored by Thompsons Solicitors and the Manufacturing & Rail branch of Unite the Union and supported by the GMB. Transport and driver was donated by R&S Recycling and photography donated by With Love Photography funds raised from the event will be donated to DAST (Derbyshire Asbestos Support Team) Continue reading →
